The main new feature to the game is the 3D match engine. This can now be watched fullscreen, with a widescreen option available. Other features include being able to play as a female or male manager, improvements to the interaction between the manager and his assistant manager, improved mid-match team talks and tactics, training players to have preferred moves and transfer rumours. The player rating will have a decimal point, eg. 6.8 or 8.3 instead of 7 or 8. There will also be press conferences, where you can build up a rapport with the journalists, and the finance and transfer systems have been completely reworked.

Crazy Taxi 3: High Roller for the Xbox has everything from the previous two games. It has the West Coast and Small Apple levels, all the previous two games’ cab drivers, the same frantic action, and the minigames from Crazy Taxi 2. It also has a brand-new circuit, the Glitter Oasis (modeled after Las Vegas), four new drivers for that course, and a lot of new minigames. That sounds like a lot of good stuff, but unfortunately, that’s about all there is. If you’re a huge fan of Crazy Taxi, or if you’ve never played any of the previous games, you may find a lot to like about Crazy Taxi 3–if nothing else, it’s a compilation of the previous two games that improves upon those games’ maps and gameplay. However, if you’re not a huge fan or a newcomer to the series, you may find that Crazy Taxi 3 doesn’t have much more to keep you coming back.
Crazy Taxi 3 features some new drivers and a new course.

NBA Live features the same EA Family Play modes as Madden and FIFA this year, allowing virtually anyone to pick up a controller and get a simplistic sports offering with knowing little to nothing about videogames at all. In NBA Live Family Mode you’ll worry only about shooting, passing, stealing, and blocking, each assigned to either vertical or horizontal waggle as the players move around the court automatically. Unfortunately the game just isn’t fun to play, as it’s far too easy to sink shots, you feel disconnected from the game entirely, and the motion isn’t always as responsive as you’d like.
Oftentimes we’d have enough time to post up for a shot, repeat the action again to try and bypass the wonky motion detection, and actually have enough time to holler at another IGN editor to witness the lack of jumpshot taken while we flick up and down repetitively.
